Funermostra will create a lake at a fair to say goodbye to loved ones: a more sustainable and natural option

Professionals will have access to an initiative that aims to shift towards more conscious and green rituals, that move away from the traditional cemetery model.

Funermostra will be held from 20 nd to 22 October at Feria Valencia and will show its latest innovations.

València, 11 October 2021.- Funermostra will recreate a lake at Feria Valencia, a different option to fire loved ones. Of 20 nd to 22 October, the professionals of the sector will be witnesses ‘in situ’ of this innovative alternative, more green, more sustainable, more aware and in line with the changes that are currently being generated in society.

The data reveals these first-order social changes and In Funermostra all the transformations that the sector will face in the medium term are considered, such as turning cemeteries into spaces that help to understand and value the cycle of life through its naturalization. With the recreation of this lake, Funermostra will make it come true. It will offer its visitors the possibility of visiting this aquatic ecosystem designed to deposit the remains that generates the rite of cremation.

This will be just one of the many initiatives that the funeral industry will be able to see in the 16 edition of Funermostra, International Fair of Products and Funeral.  A true space for innovation with 10.000 m2 of surface in which about a hundred exhibitors between companies, brands and institutions will present new solutions based on innovation and saving resources that position the Spanish funeral sector as a benchmark in environmental awareness.

Tintense days of the fair in which all the major players in the sector will be present, from electric vehicles to the latest technology in crematorium ovens or new more ecological and sustainable products such as funeral urns made with coffee grounds.
