We speak with Jesús Teijeiro Muiña Insa, owner of the funeral car company Funeral Cars, that will be present at Funermostra 2021, to be held in Valencia Fair 20 nd to 22 October.
The last few months have been affected, irretrievably, for the pandemic. How has it affected your company? In what situation are they?
Due to the non-realization of funerals in person, the used vehicle market is much more stagnant than before. And we haven't had that much sale. But in recent weeks if a small increase has been noticed.
What are the pillars of your company and its strengths in the market?
The pillars of our company are: Commitment, transparency, helpfulness. We are a small family business, that what we want is to give a close and helpful treatment to the client. Being available at all times for what our clients need. Our best marketing is that customers are satisfied with the product and with our close treatment. And rest assured that the response to any problem is immediate, and recommend us to other funeral parlors.
What do you think is the evolution of the sector in the short-medium term?
We believe there will be changes, due to the situation experienced by the pandemic, as well as environmental and religious policies. We believe that everything will be simpler and with less ostentation, despite being something so traditional. But in the long run.
What news are you preparing for the next edition of Funermostra 2021?
New bodywork in semi-new cars, as well as a new website, where we will reach more clients and our work from these years will be seen.
¿What role do you think fairs like Funermostra should play??
Thanks to fairs like Funermostra we can reach the largest number of funeral homes and be able to discover new markets.
